- Paid and quoted first. Credited toward the job only if agreed in writing.

- Proposed: 50% for smaller fixed-scope work. Larger jobs: milestone billing, negotiable.
- Review rounds
- Two consolidated rounds on design deliverables. Fixing bugs against scope isn't a revision.
- Quote validity
- Proposed default: 14 days from the quote date.
- Scope changes
- Written change orders you approve. Your original quote isn't rewritten.
