TERMS OF SALE

The Underground is operated by Nocturne Labs, an independent workshop operating from Thailand. Fulfilment is handled by Printful, a print-on-demand provider, and payments are processed by Stripe.

When you place an order you make an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we accept your order and confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item becomes unavailable or a pricing error occurred — and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Each item is made to order. Production starts after your order is accepted, so orders cannot be changed or cancelled once production has begun.

Prices are shown at checkout in the displayed currency and include the item price. Shipping is calculated at checkout at the real carrier rate for your address. Any taxes due are shown or collected at checkout where required.

Payment is taken at checkout by card through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Delivery estimates at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Production time is separate from shipping time. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address you gave; title passes on full payment.

You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes your country charges on delivery.

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All designs, artwork and text in the Underground belong to Nocturne Labs or its licensors. Buying a physical item gives you the item, not any rights to reproduce the artwork on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including your statutory consumer rights. Otherwise, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the law of Thailand, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
