This notice explains what Nocturne Labs collects when you use this site, the client portal and the Underground shop, and why. It is written to be read, not to hide behind.
01 — What we collect
Work orders and enquiries: your name, email, company, project details, messages and any files you upload.
Client portal: your account email, project messages, and signature records (name, time and document fingerprint) when you sign a quote or agreement.
Shop orders: your name, shipping address, email and order contents. Payment card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them.
Technical logs: a security and audit log of actions taken on your account and orders.
02 — Why we collect it
To review, quote, deliver and bill your work; to make and ship your shop orders; and to keep the workshop secure. Never for advertising, and your data is never sold.
03 — Who else sees it
Only the providers needed to do the work, and only as much as the job requires: secure hosting, Stripe for card payments, Printful and postal carriers for fulfilment and delivery, AI tools that help prepare (never approve) work, and the messaging channel you choose.
04 — How long we keep it
Enquiries that never became projects are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Payment, invoice and signature records are kept as long as tax and contract law requires.
05 — Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of anything we are not required to keep. Email contact@nocturnelabs.dev and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU, UK or Thailand, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
06 — Cookies
This site uses only the storage needed to run it — sign-in sessions and your display preferences. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
