Tell us what you need to know and why. A human reads every inquiry. Sending it doesn't open a case — we take one only when the scope is lawful, within our capability, and the jurisdiction allows it.

Not consumer-report screening (employment, tenant, credit), not licensed private-investigator work, not legal or immigration representation.

What happens to this: we use your name, email and what you write here to review your inquiry, decide whether we can take it and reply to you. Only the Nocturne owner can read it. Our AI assistant may read it (and any files you attach) to prepare a private summary for the owner — it never replies or decides anything on its own.
